Bendigo Swap Meet
Victoria, Australia

17-19 November 2000
BENDIGO SWAP
2th Anniversary

With all the unseasonal rain that hit Victoria the week before, Bendigo township was unusually dry. Saturday was fairly hot at about 31' and the water trucks were out early to keep the dust down. Lots of finished cars available for sale, but apart from some of the traders there were very few project cars this year. From talking to friend and other people who had made the effort to drive their pride and joy up to Bendigo, there was not enough parking for special vehicles and most drivers had to park too close together for their liking. There was a show and shine area and this is where I took most of my photos. Watching what most people were carying around there didn't seem to be too much trading but when you saw what was being carted out on the courtesy trucks, there must have been a few bargains. But generally it seems most people are hanging on to what they've got.
